Is it possible to pull out and show data from a Google Spreadsheet to the form base on the selected option(s) or input in form fields?

    Hello,

If I have a look up table in google excel docs.
Can I link this to a few questions in jot form?

    For Example:
Question 1) Your country, city and state?
    Question 2) Your window Orientation?

These answers will automatically look up the excel table and bring up the best product based on there answers.

Any suggestions to get this done?

    Thanks,

    Tori

To my understanding, your form respondents will enter their Country, City, and State in one question and their Window Orientation in another, then base on their inputs, data(best product details) from your Google Spreadsheet will be displayed in your form, is that correct?

I'm afraid that would not be possible to do within the form, but you can try using the full source code of your form and apply/inject custom Javascript and/or PHP. This task, however, may require you to hire a developer so it can be achieved.

    Thank  you.

    Yes, that's correct.
Thanks for this. If I have the excel form is there anyone from Jot Form available to help write the source code?
I'm new to this and appreciate all the help.
    Thanks Again,
    Tori

Perhaps it would be better to hire a freelance developer to apply the custom code for your requirement. I recommend checking a couple of freelance websites such as Upwork (https://www.upwork.com/) and Freelancer (https://www.freelancer.com). Those websites allow you to provide detailed description of your requirement and will match you to available developers.

    Regards.
