Field was set to 'hidden' but it shows up on the form

    Hi!

    I have 3 main issues with my form that is keeping me from completing it.

    1. My Subtotal field(calculation fieild) is set to 'hidden' but it shows up on the form.  How can i make this hidden??

    2. My Total field(paypal payment) is too small and it doesnt show $ signs. 

    3. My Submit button at the bottom is all weird.  I cant make the text fit properly and I want it to be in the center of the page but it keeps going back to the side.

    You have SHOW condition rule on your form https://form.jotform.com/63114865890159 that affects the Subtotal field.

    Remove the condition and it should work as intended.
