You can create an order form for 200 employees by following our guide here: Setting Up Your First Order Form. You can also check out our guides below for more info on setting up an order form:

    Order Form Basics

    Order Form Types

How to Add Options to Payment Forms?

Then once all the employees have completed the order, you can then export the submissions to Excel by following this guide: How to Export Form Data to Excel. You can also integrate the form with Google Spreadsheet so that every time you receive a submission, the google sheet will be automatically updated: How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet.

I see that you are currently on a free account. Please note that free accounts can receive 100 submissions per month or 10 payments per month. If you want to receive 200 submissions or 200 payments in one month, I would suggest upgrading to one of our paid plans to increase the submission limits. You can check out our pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. You can follow this guide on How to Upgrade Your Account.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.

Perfect!!! Last thing, when I exported to excel, It impossible to quantify my date, It's not clear to quantify with a dynamic table. I need to separate Style, Quantity, size, price... how I can do this when I build my template ?

    thank appreciate
