I see that you want to separate the payment field's product data into multiple columns/cells in excel. Unfortunately that feature is currently not available. The products and details in a payment field are designed to output into one cell only in Excel. However, you can still split the data into multiple columns by using the Convert Text to Columns feature of Excel. You can follow this guide on How to Split text into different columns with the Convert Text to Columns Wizard.

Another workaround would be to use regular fields for the product choices instead of putting the products in the payment integration. That way, when you export to excel each field will be on their own columns/cell. I checked your Shirt Order Form and I can see that you have done exactly that. Now all you need to do is to perform the calculation and pass it on to your payment integration. Please see the guides below.

To perform the calculation, you will need to add a Form Calculation widget to your form. Please follow this guide on How to Perform Calculation in the Form?

Then to pass it on to the payment field, you can follow our guide here: How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field.

Here's a demo form so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/63150716749965. You can also clone it to your account to see my setup.
