Any updates with this? I have followed this for couple of years but there hasn't been any progress with this.. I would like to see at least 3-4 sub-folders to keep things organized. Now I need to manually move files into new sub folders. I'm paying customer but it's really frustrating to manage GD manually after jotform submissions are being mede. Would it be difficult to add option to add more subfolders?
Folder 1 > folder 2 > folder 3 > Folder 4

Please allow me to inform you that the implementation of a certain feature depends on the popularity of the request among our users and the workload of our developers, so we cannot provide an exact time frame for when a certain feature request will be implemented.
I have sent a feature request to our developers on your behalf for the option to add more subfolders in the Google Drive integration. This will let our developers know that more users are requesting this feature. We will inform you on this thread if there are any updates.

Unfortunately, there is no improvement about issue yet. As my colleague mentioned that we cannot give you a time frame when or if this feature will be implemented. It depends on the workload of our developers and popularity of the issue. When our develepers fix your issue, they will back to you as soon as possible.

I really hope JotForm is able to make this happen.
It would be of huge value to a lot of users.
