How can I have recipient and the reply to email address as fields from the form?

At the moment it seems like you can only have one or the other depending on whether you use a autoresponder or notification.

So we require the form users to pick a person from a drop down list and the email is sent to them for approval. We then need person from the drop down list to be able to reply to the email and have it go to the person that submitted the form.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

I understand that you want to send an email to the person chosen from the dropdown list. Also, you want to send reply-to the same person who submitted the form. You may create a notification so that you can setup some conditions on the form to change the recipient email as per the selection in the drop-down.

And then you may choose the reply-to email address with the email field on the form.

    Hi Kiran,

Yes I know that I could do this via conditions, however as the dropdown list is quite large this is a significant job and I was hoping there was an easier way?

Or if there are any plans for future developments to be able to include the options of fields from the form as both the reply to email and the recipient?

    Thanks

Currently it is only possible to set the recipient address to a form field using an autoresponder and the reply-to email to a form field for a notification.  Neither ones allows for both. I do not believe there are any plans to change how this function at this time.  The only way I can see to do this is the aforementioned conditional method.
