I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to generate a unique code after the feedback form is submitted and this code can be used to as discount coupon in your form's payment question?

Please note that though it is possible to create a unique code after the form is submitted but it cannot be used as a discount coupon code. one way to achieve your requirement is to generate unique code and then manually add these coupon codes in your form's payment question with desired discount.
