I have just received an email that says that my submission slimit has been reached!
I did upgrade a couple of weeks ago and my dashbord reflects the increased limit.
Now I am being threatened with reduced functionality!
Please correct this and advise me accordingly
On November the 5th you received a payment from Paypal for 39.00 and it is marked a recurring.
It is now seen that you have already "downgraded me".
Attend to this urgently as my forms are being used and users are commenting about access issues
I see that your account is currently holding two different subscriptions. When you have upgraded the account Silver monthly subscription (S-8CA925600H682205W) PayPal has created a different subscription while the Bronze monthly subscription (S-86X34462J3929844N) was active. Since the Bronze monthly subscription is renewed today, the account downgraded to Bronze again.
I have changed the account to Silver now and sent a request to cancel the Bronze subscription for your account and process a refund for the last payment of $19. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the refund and reflect the amount in your account statement. Your account is now holding Silver monthly subscription and will be continued to renew 5th of every month.
I would like to inform you that your refund is processed, please allow 4-10 business for a refund to go back to your card.
