When a form is submitted I get an email from Google Checkout letting me know a payment has been made and I need to log into Google Checkout to process the order. When I get into Google Checkout I have to click on "charge" to charge the credit card. At this point, I still haven't received an email from JotForm making me aware that a form has been submitted. So I then log into JotForm to see who/what. That form is in with the incomplete forms. So I have to click on complete payment then I get the notification that the form has been submitted. So, I don't get a notificiation from JotForm until I am logged into JotForm and manually complete the payments. And then I'm "charged" for a transaction even though JotForm really didn't process the transaction.
So there are a lot of steps involved in getting the payment processes and allowing it to show up in my completed JotForm. Please help.

Have you added the last step in the integration where you needed to add the API call back URL in your Google Checkout account settings? If so, may we know the URL that you have added?
Looking forward to your response.

Here is the API URL address: https://www.jotform.com/ipns/gco.php
Thanks for getting started on this problem so quickly!

Do you know why Google Checkout does not charge the user but waits for you to manually charge it?

I'm not sure why I doesn't just charge the customer. It has been like that even before JotForms. Sorry for the lack of info.

Any way to refund the monthly payment that was charged for my subscription until this problem is fixed? I'd really appreicate it.

I don't think this is a problem with JotForm, but your settings on your Google Checkout.
Please try logging in to your Google Checkout account > Settings tab > Preferences. You will find this:
Can you tell us which one of these two radio buttons are checked in your end?

Alright, the top radio button was checked. I changed it to match the image above.
Thank you for your help. This should settle it right?

That didn't make the difference. I just had a form submitted. Google charged the cc but the form was not completed in JotForm. I still had to click complete payment for it to truly submit.

Could you please remove and re-integrate Google CO
Let us know if you still need assistance

Ok, removed and re-integrated and not any better.
I'd like to get this resolved or work something out with my monthly payment to JotForm as it is not needed when this feature isn't working.

It's good to know that we're making progress. The account now automatically charges the purchases and do not wait for you to process the order.
When you say you had to click complete payment, do you mean under the incomplete payments list in your form submission page here in JotForm?
Can you also tell us that if the Notification as HTML has been selected in your Callback contents option:
Also, can you tell us the API version in set?
