How do we get the Non-Profit discount applied?

We have filled out this form several times and have not received a response.

How can we get the discount applied?

I see that you have already signed-up for Silver Monthly subscription plan with the discount. Since you were having an active Bronze subscription the unused time of this subscription is adjusted with the new Silver subscription. Please find the invoice of the upgrade.
