How to send data from form directly to my email?

I have 2 forms on my site that gathers data from visitors. This data is saved on jotform->my forms->inbox.

How to receive this data on my email as soon as user sends it, in stead of coming here to see what's in my inbox?

You just need to set up a notifier in the form. Here's our guide on how to add one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications. You have already configured this as far as I could see it in your form.
