How to send an email to all the recipients of our email notifications

We would like to be able to e mail all of our form users, the recipients of our 200 forms. There are probably 100 or so.

Is there a way to do this?

For mass-sending emails to the email addresses in your submissions, you may want to try using the Email Newsletter app:

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/116-New-App-JotForm-Email-Newsletters

Apart from that, you may want to integrate your forms with one of the supported third-party email handling services, such as MailChimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, etc. This would allow you to forward the information from your forms as contacts into these third-party services, and then send your emails from there.

For example, this guide describes how to integrate a form with MailChimp:

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Boris

Thanks, but it is not the people who filled out the forms we want to e mail, it is the recipients of the forms.

Im looking for a admin type function, we just had an issue with our forms going into spam folders, we need to tell all our users about it so the can fix. We build forms for autodealers, each dealership has 10-16 users that get our forms.

Here is a link to one of the sites, look in the "I want to..." menu

    Thanks!!

When I tried accessing the site you have linked to, I was greeted with an Access Denied error:

However, based on your description I believe you are actually referring to those people that were receiving notification emails from your forms. The people that were alerted when someone made a new entry on your form, you wish to send them a special email notifying them of the spam folder issue, so they can check for any submissions they have missed.

Unfortunately, we do not have any automated means for getting the addresses of your notification email recipients.

There are two ways you can obtain these emails, and both of them are unfortunately manual.

    1. You can open your form email history:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

There you will see the history of all your sent out email notifications, so it will be quicker to go through and "scrape" the email addresses where you were sending the emails. This shows both autoresponders and notifications, so you'll have to discern which are the addresses of the notifications, and which are those from autoresponders.

    2. The second option is much more involved than the first one. The other way to obtain your email notifications, is to open each of your forms, click their Emails button, then on Edit of the notification, and copy the addresses from the Recipient tab.

There are no automated ways to achieve what you are looking for. I hope the above helps.

Thanks for the detailed answer, we will just compile the list manualy and add to is as we add users.

The server error is on your side, the site had 856 sessions yesterday.

Probably a firewall setting. You answered my question, don't worry about it.
