    I have a few forms which include the File Upload field.  Things look to work correctly, except when we receive a submission through a notification email.  

    The field and the file is included within a notification email, but EVERY time I open the file, it is blank.  If I look at the 'Inbox' for this client/form, I am able to download the file (not blank).

    The purpose of the notification email is so we don't have to log in and 'eyeball' every form submission, as well as providing the client with the submissions without them having to go online to check for submissions.

    Could you look into this?

    If you are able to download the submissions at the submission dashboard, but the file does not download in the email notification, please delete and create your notification again: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
