When I submit form to PayPal I pay and get receipt from PAY PAL but to not get autoresponer from JotForm.
Also, the submission is not recorded in JotForm Inbox.
When I use the Check by Mail option it all works fine.
Can you please see why?
Also, notice that the form won't scroll unless you are in the outer margins. Is the problem from JotForm or the template?

On of the recipient emails was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has been removed from the bounce list now. In addition to this, please make sure to check the spam/junks folder for your email recipients, and if you find any email coming from JotForm, mark them as NOT SPAM:

This happens when the user does not complete the payment at the PayPal page.
So, notifications for these submissions will not be triggered until you process them as "Complete Submissions". If you still want to receive notifications even on incomplete payments, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

I don't think you are understanding my problem.
Those Incomplete Payment are correct. They used the Pay By Mail payment method which does not go to PayPal. Those worked just fine.
When I choose the PayPal payment method I get directed to PayPal and get a notification from paypal saying I paid.
But I do NOT get an autoresponder from JOTFORM and my test submission does NOT appear in my JotForm Submissions.
Enabling the PayPal IPN worked.
