I am in the process of building a form and the more I add to the form the slower the editor gets. It seems to be affected the most by the conditional fields (show/hide). It is now to the point I have to wait a couple minutes in-between each new field or conditional I add before it is done updating and saving before I can continue. When in preview mode the form response is also very slow particularly on conditional radio button questions.
I have tried IE, Firefox and Edge (works best in Edge, but still very slow.) I have tried clearing the browser and form cache and reloading, which works for one edit, but then is right back to being very slow again. I do not have auto fill enabled.

I have checked your JotForm and see that there are about 180 form fields including widgets and over 100 conditions set. Please be noted that when the form is loaded in the browser, it loads all the fields along with the conditions to the browser storage. Each time a field with conditions is accessed, form checks for all the conditions that is having the field that might slow down the form to display the fields. Sometimes it might also freeze the browser as well.
You may consider reviewing the conditions once again or break the form into multiple forms based on the sections. If you need to forward any data to another form you can pass the data by following the guide below:
