I would like clarification regarding SSL submission for a free accountAsked by DMA_CSE on November 11, 2016 at 01:02 PM
I have a free account and would like to embed my form on my non-profit's facebook page. The forum tutorial for adding to facebook (https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Facebook-Page) states "Please take note that free users are only allowed up to 10 SSL submissions maximum per month. Since you are using an HTTPS version of your form, your form will use SSL submissions." However, in the publish settings section, the direct link page says "There are no limits on SSL submissions any more!" which seem to be a contradiction. Can you please advise whether I can add my form to facebook and receive more than 10 submissions? Thank you.
All forms now use SSL by default and the limit was removed. Free accounts can receive up to 100 regular or SSL submissions at this time. I remove that note from the guide since it no longer applies.
