The error states that the credentials are invalid. Please check your Dwolla credentials and verify if they are correct.
I found out that the payment integration is set to "Sandbox". You may need to disable this option in the payment tool.
If this is intentional, please take note that using the Sandbox mode requires you to have a Sandbox Dwolla account (https://uat.dwolla.com/Sandbox).
