I have one form, with one email notification and one auto-responder email.
The email notification works sometimes, but not others.
Am I doing something wrong?

I checked our logs for the addresses in your form and the notifications look to be sending from our end. Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there. If they are, the following thread has details on how to resolve the filtering issue:
