Upgraded account to a yearly plan instead of just subscribing to a monthly plan

    By mistake a paid for a year upgrade instead of a month upgrade (Bronze plan).

    Could you please refund the difference and send me the correct receipt.

    I see that you've already subscribed to Bronze  Monthly plan which is for $19.00. However, the amount was just deducted from your previous payment for the Bronze Yearly plan that is $159.00. To fix the issue, I have issued a refund for $140.00 that should be credited and show to your bank account within 5 to 10 business days.

    Your account will now remain subscribed to Bronze Monthly plan.
