My question doesn't appear even though it is true in condition

My Ballard On-Line Order Form will not show the "Upload the COLLAGE Pictures" Drag and Drop Upload widget will not show despite the fact that the "Show/Hide" conditions are met.  Please help!

That might have something to do with the blank value in one of its IF statement. Try to correct it first, this might fix the problem.
