Form view counter is not correct

Good day, please verify my account as there is no proper counting of votes and they don't expire in a month!!! please take action, Thank you

I have checked and your account is overlimt because of form views. Monthly form views for free account is 1,000. From view counter was reset at 1st of November. Your forms were viewed 1,432 times this month. I have checked Form Analytics on your account and view counter is correct. This is view counter for one of your forms:

I have reset form view counter on your account to 0. Your account is now active. 

However please note that we can do this only once. If you go over form view limit again you will need to wait until counter is reset at first day of following month or you will need to upgrade your account. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page.
