Adding an "unsubscribe from list" feature

I would like to use Jotform to create an email sign up form but is it possible for subscribers to subsequently unsubscribe themselves from the list?

If you are using one of our Mail newsletter integration, for example, Mailchimp you can set unsubscribe link on Mailchimp's side by following this guide: http://kb.mailchimp.com/merge-tags/the-unsubscribe-merge-tag
