Your shopping cart is empty error appears on Paypal checkout

    Hello,

     

    I am setting up an online donation system for my organization and have chosen Paypal payments with a user-defined amount.  When I enter an amount on the form and click Submit, I get a Paypal page that says: 

     

     

    Error Detected
    Your shopping cart is empty error appears on Paypal checkout Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Your shopping cart is empty.

    Is there any way to carry over a user-defined donation amount into the Paypal shopping cart?

    Hello Elena,

    I tried it with my form and it worked just fine.

    Can you please try to recreate the Paypal payment field in your form? Delete it and create a new one. See if this makes a difference.

    If the issue still persists, let us know.
