Paid for upgrade but still have not upgraded

    Hi,

     

    I have made payment to upgrade ny account but i still did not receive an upgrade. My forms now are stuck due to insufficient space. Please solve this issue for me asap. I need the forms for my business purpose.

    I have checked your account, rtist, however, I don't see any records that it was recently upgraded.

    However, you might be referring to a different account. Since I see that the sub-user account of your account, rtist, is on a paid plan.

    If in any case you have upgraded your sub-user by mistake, you may cancel your subscription on that account and then process an upgrade to your main account.

    So what happens if the sub user account is upgraded? Can it still be used? Or must it b the main account? And if i cancel the sub account, the payment made will be forfeited? Or can u possibly transfer the upgrade to the main acc?

    I would like to apologize, however, account subscription are not transferrable.

    If you cancel the subscription for the sub-user account then the payment can be refunded. If you check our Pricing page, you will see there that you can cancel at any time and we can issue a full refund if the payment is within 30-days.

    The main account that has the forms should be the one upgraded since submission count and upload limit count will be counted against the limit of the main account.
