Hi Mike,
is it possible somehow to get a full link to the uploaded files displayed in the formatted email - not a text with hyperlink (as it is displayed in plain text email)? Also is there a possibility to get one download link for multiple uploaded files (not a list of separate links)?
I need this functionality because my notification email automatically generates a link to another jotform with hashtags, which uses information from the submission to pre-populate its fields. For example:
https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40...71?input1={name}&email={email} will insert Name and Email submitted via the first form into the corresponding fields of the second form.
So I am looking for a way to fill the Text Box field of the second form with a link to the files uploaded via the first form (better one link for all files).
Thank you!
Sergey

You can try to create the link to the uploaded file manually using the format below.
https://files.jotform.com/jufs/Username/FormID/{id}/{FILENAME:uploadFile}
Username refers to your account username
FormID is the ID of your form.
{id} is reserved for submissions IDs. It is equivalent to the submission ID of a particular submission.
{FILENAME:uploadFile} - {uploadFile} is the {uniqueName}/fieldName of your upload field. We include FILENAME: so it will produce the filename and its file format. (For example: filename.jpg)
Below is how it should look like:
However, this only works for single File Upload and not for Multiple File Uploads.
I have followed the instruction I have mentioned above to this form.
https://form.jotform.com/63171374415958
After you successfully submit the form, you will receive an email autoresponder that has the link to the file you uploaded in the File Upload field.
I hope this helps. If you have any other question regarding this, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.
