Emails problem receiving in
Upon checking your form titled "Order Form", it seems like the email notification it uses the plain text editor. Here's how it looks like:
You can see on the screenshot that it doesn't have a text editor there. I presume the form was created way back on the old email wizard?
I would like to suggest that you delete the current email notification and create a new one. That should allow you to use the new email wizard's text editor instead:
