JotForm login page does not load. Says I am here.. takes long time... Could not load.. Hang over... Even in log in page too on jotform website, theses are the practical difficulties experienced. Why and What is there? Internet is not slow. it is above 2.5 MBPS...

I am currently unable to replicate the issue. The Jotform page seems to be loading fine on my end. I was able to login to jotform and the page loaded fine.
Can you please try using jotform on a different internet connection? Also try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
