Notification email - street address edit

Asked by bigpaulstowing on November 13, 2016 at 11:54 PM

    Hi,

I need the street address to come to me just as an address without all of the field titles and stuff.  Currently I receive the address broken down into separate rows with the field title preceding east value.

How can I adjust what the address to come how it would be typed on an envelope?

    Thank you

Do you mean you want to remove the label on your address field in your notification email? Currently, the address is displayed as shown below:

You want the address to be displayed like this?

    16210 Se Sterling Circle
    PORTLAND
    Oregon
    97267

If so, you can remove the label on the address field in the notification email by following the instructions provided in this article: How to Strip Headers from Postal Addresses in Email Alerts.

Regarding on your second concern, "How can I adjust what the address to come how it would be typed on an envelope?", can you provide us more details regarding this? May we know what page are you printing? Are you printing the notification email you receive?

We will wait for your response.
    Regards.
