it was always very easy to do and we never had an issue until recently, now when a person visits http://www.riversidebartendingschool.com/mobile-contact-form/ fills out the form and taps submit they are warned that the form is not secure. The other 2 forms (1 is actually the same just placed in the side widgets) perform the exact same way. Seem a bit fishy to me.

Hello,
I didn't get any error on Chrome. But I got it on Safari as you said and when I checked your submissions, they have been actually sent successfully. But the users get security error. You can view your test submissions on this page as you can see from the screenshot.
Your site hasn't got any SSL. To solve this problem, please select "No" for "Send Post Data" option from Preferences - Advanced tab then save and try it again.
If your problem persists, please let me know.
Thank you.

Once you clock on Show More option you need to scroll down to find "Send Post Data" option. It is right after "Page Title" option.
I have also inspected your webpage and I tested your form. I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank You page. Form is not secure message was not shown.
I also saw that your form is now embedded with script code. Were you able to resolve your issue?
