Recieving multiple submissions from the same user

I am having this very same issue. However, the person submitting is also now getting multiple emails from Jotform. They are a prospective client and he's getting pissed at me!

There are several ways to avoid multiple submissions from the same user. Please see how:

1. Adding a captcha to your form:

3. Setting form limits based on a unique question:
