How can I change PDF layouts?

Hello, I am designing a form for my staff to fill out and then allow them to download that information onto a Tablet to take with them. I would like them to be able to download the information as a PDF. I am worked out how to do this, but is there anyway to change the layout of the PDF. At the moment it comes out as a long list with the data in it. I want to make it more readable for the members of staff. 

If this can't be done, is there any other way to display the information so that staff can access it. I would also like a link to be added so they can go back and chnage any data if they need to.

Yes, you can customize your PDFs. 

1- Click "My Forms" which you see top of the page.

2- Select your form that you want to edit and please click "View Submissions".

3- From the submission panel, you will see some options such as "Print" "PDF" "Reply" "Forward" etc. Please click PDF and then select "Customize PDF".

4- You can customize your PDF from here. If you wish, you can add image, text or something else.
