Can I see from every form participant what his/her fill-in time was?

I can only see the time that was used to fill in a form from recent participants.

Do you mean you want to see the submission date/time of your participants? In the Submissions page of your form, there is a column that will show the submission dates.

If it does not appear, click on the gear at the top-right of the page and check Submission Date.
