When I ask it to revert to the 61 changes I made to the form it doesn't do anything. We are going live today and I have no idea what happened and I don't know how to make sure it does not happen again.

I have checked your account and see that the changes are being displayed in the Form revision history normally.
Are you trying to revert to the changes of 61 updates as shown in the image above? Could you try logging to a different browser and see if that works?
