How pricing works and is there an educational discount?

Hi there, 

Do you have any discounts for education accounts? Also, if we are looking to build a form that would receive 100-200 responses in one month, is the bronze package sufficient? The form will only be needed a few months of the year. If we cancel our paid account once we are no longer accepting submissions, can we still access the data? Finally, is the monthly submissions total times that the form has been submitted or is it the total number of responses at one time?

Yes, we have Educational discount, to apply please follow this link: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/

In that setup, 100-200 submissions per month, Bronze plan is sufficient. You can cancel your plan anytime, you just need to be mindful, when you do that, to have all data under the limits of Free plan:

A monthly number of submissions means that that's the total number of submits that your users can do, meaning they can fill in and submit the form 100 times per month (for Free plan for example).
