    Autoresponse messages are not being received

    We are setting up a new form for our upcoming Holiday Party (note the image still needs to be updated with the 2016 invitation).

    A guests has three options to RSVP: attend, attend with a guest or decline. I have setup two auto-response options; version 1 is for those that choose to attend with or without a guest and version 2 is for those that decline. After completing three tests, one for each RSVP option, I only received an auto-response when I chose to attend with a guest. I did not receive an auto-response for the test I did when I said I will attend on my own or when I declined. 

    Please help!

    I cloned your form to test it and the conditional autoresponder looks to be triggering as they should.  I sent a test submission for each RSVP options and each time I received an email.  Two from the confirm responses and one from decline:

    If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):
