How to have one time donation and monthly recurring option in payment form

I would like to have our donation form give the user two options: one-time payment in any dollar amount or a monthly recurring donation. It looks like the Strips integration allows this but not both options on the same form. Can you tell me if it's possible to set up the form to have them both options without having separate forms?
