Is it possible? - Rounding Table Corners / Radius

Hello... I've tried to edit table properties by insert HTML for rounding the corners of table, cell and row. It works when viewing inside properties tab and when editing in the actual text field, but the rounded / radius corners do not then render when viewing on an actual webpage or in the form preview mode.

Is this a bug or does this need to be done with css. if css is needed, I'm not sure how to do that since advance css editor does not allow you to highlight / activate for edit a table within a text field.

Help is appreciated.
