Can a user add a new field

Hi, 

Is it possible to make it so that the user can add additional fields themselves? For instance, we're looking to create a form where users submit a recipe, but give them the option to add a new Text Box field for each new ingredient.

You can use the Dynamic Textbox widget for this purpose. Check the widget here.
