How can I allow multiple submissions?

This form I have is a membership form. Sometimes people share e-mail addresses. Go figure. I need to allow multiple submissions on this form

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, I'm not sure I clearly understand what you mean since when I checked your form, I didn't see the options "Unique Submission" and/or "Unique Question" options from Preferences under Advanced, enabled.

This means your respondents will be able to submit your form multiple times.
