    Hi,

Context: I embedded one of my JotForm form on my website, adapted the source code (downloaded from JotForm) to use my css

Issue: file upload does not work (though everything else does).

    So:

. when I embed all of the JotForm source code the upload works BUT the design is not the same as my website's...

. when I adapt the form to use my css the design is good BUT the upload does not work...

Would you please be able to help?

    Cheers

    Johan

We usually recommend using of iFrame code for embedding forms to website. This way script conflicts between jotform scripts and your webpage scripts can be avoided.

However considering that your form was working correctly without additional CSS, I assume that there is an issue with additional codes or scripts that you have added.

Can you please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form?

You can also customize your form with CSS codes inside of our Form Builder and Form Designer.
