    Not receiving submission notification via email

    When someone submit a form, we get a notification to the email that someone submitted a form. But "2017 Sportsmart Junior Boys' League Structures" form we didn't receive any notification.

    Would you be able to check this for us

    Hello,

    I checked your email logs and found a few emails in the bounce list:

    it@ffv.org.au is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<459 4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Service is unavailable>

    competitions@ffv.org.au is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<459 4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Service is unavailable>

    participation@footballfedvic.com.au is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<459 4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Service is unavailable>

    sgcfc@hotmail.com is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.0 (BAY004-MC3F30) Unfortunately, messages from

    referees@ffv.org.au is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<459 4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Service is unavailable>

    I have now removed them from the bounce list so you should start receiving email alerts again.

    Also, you may remove your email address from the bounce list should it land there again. This guide will tell you how: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    But please ensure that before you remove your email address from the bounce list, you were able to understand the cause of its inclusion in the first place. This is because when email lands in the bounce list, it is due to your email server rejecting emails from JotForm. The key to permanently resolve this is to understand the message
