Is there someway to rename the PDF that gets generated from the form so that it is not a list of numbers? Perhaps the clients name or our company name for example?

If you are referring to the name of the submission PDF file when it is attached to emails, I'm afraid this name not customizable. The name of the attached PDF file will be the submission ID number of that particular submission.
On the other hand, if you are looking to have the submission PDF file created with a different name in our integrations to third-party services, such as when forwarding your submissions to Google Drive or Dropbox, then it is possible to set the name of the PDF based on your form fields:
