unfortunately we are still not receiving our forms - we have to log in to print off the forms. Please can someone call us regarding this as has been ongoing and doesn't seem to fixed.

Upon checking your email address firstname.lastname@example.org, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
email@example.com is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Envelope blocked - User Entry -
That is the reason why you were not receiving submission emails. I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

Your email account firstname.lastname@example.org ended up in the bounce list again. It seems like a recurring issue. This is most probably caused by your email provider somehow flagging JotForm as spam and refuses to receive emails from us.
The reason why your email account is in the list is still the same:
I have now removed it off the list but since this seems like an often recurring issue I strongly recommend you to use SMTP to prevent further issues related with bouncing.
