New user not able to see submissions

    Hi,

     

    I have added a new user with rights to view submissions. All he can see is the date the form was submitted - all other data seems to be hidden.

     

    Please can you advise.

    For further inspections, could you kindly provide us the username of your sub user and the form ID of the form you having trouble with?

    The sub-user needs to unchecked the Store my data only in Europe (Germany) in the Account Data page in order to see your submissions. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
