Why are my forms not working? We paid on Thursday 10th and there are no pending payments.

    Our forms were working fine as of yesterday I started my campaigns and now they are not working.
    I lost money because of this and I was not notified of anything.

    Your account jwader from which you have contacted us is on the free plan, and not in overlimit status.

    However, there is a form on the site you have linked to that belongs to another JotForm account, doudrop, and this is a paid account that went over its limits. That account has used up 10.631 form views, out of 10.000 that are allocated for the Bronze plan.

    A form view is each time that your form is loaded (viewed) by a person. This means that any time your users visit the page where a form is embedded, it will cause your form view counter to increase. You can read more about form views in this guide:


    I have reset the form views counter of account doudrop, so that you can continue using its forms again, but please note that we can only reset your counter manually once. If you will need more than 10.000 form views per month, please consider one of the higher subscription plans that supports the amount of form views that you need.
