there was an error in my gateway credentials for my paypal integration

    and the payments sent through jot form never made it to paypal though they were taken from my clients. please advise. i have looked in ipn and made those update. no payment details are there likely because the email address was typed incorrectly in the gateway credentials.  please advise

    If I'm understanding the issue correctly, the problem was with a typographical error on the email address which the users were charged of Paypal payments to a non-existent Paypal account. Is this correct? If so, you will need to contact Paypal over this matter to correct the issue. Here is a link to their customer support:
