    I'm not receiving notification emails anymore?

    I have checked our logs for your email address, and I see it ended up on our bounce list. When emails bounce, it means that the recipient server refused to accept emails from us.

    In this particular case, this is the error message that your server provided as the reason for its bounces:

    smtp;550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (vl****@roll**************rco.com:quarantined)

    I have removed your address from our bounce list for now, but unless action is taken from your side, your recipient server will likely start bouncing our emails again.

    It seems that your form is set to use the email address your user enters on the form as the Sender Email. Please go through your forms' email notifications and make sure to set them up so that they use one of our default Sender Email options, such as noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. If it appears that one of the default options is already set, please make sure to switch it to the other default option and save the notification.
