I have checked our logs for your email address, and I see it ended up on our bounce list. When emails bounce, it means that the recipient server refused to accept emails from us.
In this particular case, this is the error message that your server provided as the reason for its bounces:
smtp;550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (vl****@roll**************rco.com:quarantined)
I have removed your address from our bounce list for now, but unless action is taken from your side, your recipient server will likely start bouncing our emails again.
It seems that your form is set to use the email address your user enters on the form as the Sender Email. Please go through your forms' email notifications and make sure to set them up so that they use one of our default Sender Email options, such as email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. If it appears that one of the default options is already set, please make sure to switch it to the other default option and save the notification.
You can refer to the following guide for more details on the recommended setup of email notifications:
Please try it out and let us know how it goes. Also, if you are experiencing similar issues with other email addresses, please send them to us here so we can check them as well, and remove them from the bounce list if they were bouncing our emails.
