Second request to have this account downgraded to the starter package.

    Our status has changed and we no longer need the bronze package. We want to go back to the starter package.  As of today, the payment has been canceled.  Please down grade the account.  Everything else is fine.

    Hello ChaseFamLaw,

    I did check your account and found that you have successfully cancelled your bronze monthly subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay bronze until Nov 18, 2016 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
