    Hi Jotform Support!

I'm integrating a JotForm iFrame embed into a new Kentico site and I'm having some issues.

The iFrame is loading into the page, however there is no content in the head/body and no errors in the console.

I've tried using the http and https versions of the iframe without success, however both versions of the iframe are loading successfully when tested in a local environment.

    Any insights?

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

I'm checking your page and I see that you are actually using the default script embed code, not the iFrame embed code. There seems to be a script conflict which causes the problem.

I would like to suggest checking this guide on how to get your iFrame embed code in JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. After that, remove the previous embed code you used in your website and replaced it with the copied iframe embed code.

Let us know if that works.

    Hi JotForms,
We’ve gone ahead and done this and it’s working now.
Not sure what the script conflict was, but now we don’t have to worry about it ☺
    Thanks for your help!
