I created a form a while back and now want to start using it... I recieved submissions from people, but quickly realized I am limited to 10 free submissions. I want to purchase the unlimited ones. I guess I made my form in guest mode because I cant find it... or its gone from my acct. What I want, is to not have to create a whole new form to use. I would like to keep the form i have been using, just need unlimited access to submissions. Please help
ps: I receive my submissions at firstname.lastname@example.org so I know it works, but when I try to login to the acct, It says there is no acct associated with that email.

You will need to sign up for a Free Account to manage your form. Just make sure to use the same email address in signing up so that forms from the guest account will be carried over to the new one.
You will then be able to upgrade when the need arises, see http://jotform.com/pricing
If you need assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

I have manually transfered the form to your leasewithpreston account. Go to My Forms to see the form.
